Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. We make sure that customers are provided with the same products shown in the picture.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Typically, it takes 2-3 working days to get products delivered to US locations after order confirmation.
How many days do I have to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
When do you restock items that are out of stock?
We try hard to restock every item within 14 days. However, the timeline may exceed for some products.
How will I know that my order is shipped?
We send a message to your email address once your order leaves for delivery at your given address.
